It is a really tasty but quite easy recipe which needs a long cooking time to obtain an optimal outcome.

INGREDIENTS FOR 8 PEOPLE
Wild boar, olive oil as needed, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 1 stick of celery, spices to taste.

PREPARATION
Put oil and spices in a rather large pan basting the wild boar; add chopped vegetables, brown in the oven; sprinkle with white wine and continue cooking. Sprinkle with broth and turn the meat. Finally take it out of the oven and cut into pieces. With the juices make infusion with finely chopped vegetables and a little cream: pour the sauce on the chopped wild boar and put it into the oven for about ten minutes. Serve with baked potatoes.
