It’s a very rich dish, whose ancient origin is connected to the rural world. The preparation is similar to the polenta uncial, but the dosage of ingredients make the dish unique.

INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE
Water 2 liters, formaggella latteria gr. 1200, butter gr. 720, salt as needed, corn flour for polenta as needed.

PREPARATION
When water boils, add the flour and let it cook for about half an hour, lower the heat and gradually add alternatively butter and cheese, amalgamate everything. After the cooking the Toc won’t be greasy or too hot, that’s why you must put the pot in the middle of table and after taking the toc out with a wooden spoon, you hold it in your hands and eat it.
